Rosewood Homes & Real Estate of Sioux Falls, Builder & Remodeler did excellent work remodeling our bathroom. Prep work insured that dust would not filter throughout the house. The floors and walls were protected from any damage. Our shower and cabinet addition turned out beautifully with high quality workmanship. Ceiling repair was perfect as well. Larry and Rachel were easy to work with and were able to put our ideas into a perfect plan and outcome. We are delighted with the result!

I had a wonderful experience working with Rachel and Larry finding the right home for my boys and I. Rachel listened and knew what was important to me when it came to deciding to either build a home or find an existing home. Building a home was not in the cards for us, but Rachel and Larry worked diligently to find a lot that would work in the area of Sioux Falls we wanted to live in. In the meantime, we stumbled across a beautiful home and decided to take that route instead. Thank you Rachel and Larry for your patience in finding the right home for my family! We had Rosewood Homes come and add an addition onto our older farm house and they did an incredible job. I told them I didn’t want it to look like we added on to and it looks amazing. Rachael is blessed with the ability to imagine and create your home exactly as you describe it only better! They are not cheap by any means but they do a great job. You get what you pay for.

Rachael and Larry were wonderful to work with. The whole process for the remodel of my basement was easy and stress-free. From the selection of materials with Rachael till the last stroke of the paintbrush, everything was taken care of. The crews were here on time and did a fantastic job. We even had to adjust the plan originally layed out due to the structural composition of my basement walls and Larry handled this with ease. Rachael and Larry from Rosewood Homes really know what they are doing. Not only do I recommend them, I will hire them again when I need professional work done in the future.

We had Rachael and her husband enclose the bottom of our deck for storage. He came out and talked with my husband at length about options and what to think about so we didn’t compromise the deck itself. We got the bid and they were honest that they could be a couple weeks out. We were so impressed with the time they spent with us we accepted. A few days later we got the call they had a free crew and two days later our project was done. Both Rachael and her husband followed up with us. Awesome service. Highly recommend.

Rosewood did a terrific job! They sold our existing house & built our new house all in 4 months of time. Streamlined process, making it very easy to communicate with Rachel and Larry. They were very helpful making suggestions, coordinating building our house & selling of our existing house. Everything was carefully planned out! Rachel was thoughtful when creating our perfect floor plan, implementing many details along the way. They were able to coordinate the closing of our Existing HOME with our Custom Built HOME, allowing us to move directly into our new place.
