Do you ever build the same home twice?
Never. Every Rosewood home is designed from scratch around the client, the lot, and the life they’re building. You won’t find your floor plan in a neighborhood two streets over.
Can I visit a completed Rosewood home before I commit?
Yes — we encourage it. Seeing the craftsmanship in person is the best way to understand what we build. Call Rachael to arrange a private showing of a recently completed home.
What styles of homes do you build?
Modern farmhouse, traditional, transitional, contemporary — whatever fits you. We don’t have a signature style because every client is different. Our portfolio reflects that range.
Can you build on raw farmground or land with no utilities?
Absolutely — this is where our experience sets us apart. We’ve built on raw farmground, acreages, and sites with zero existing utilities. Culverts, septic systems, well installation, grading — we’ve handled it all. If you own land outside city limits or have a site others have called complicated, call us before you assume it can’t be done. We’ve built custom homes across Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, Brandon, Tea, Madison, Hartford, and Dell Rapids, Alvord IA, Hardwick MN since 2004.
Do you handle remodeling too, or only new builds?
Both. The same team and standards that go into a custom build apply to our remodeling projects — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations.
