Rosewood did a terrific job! They sold our existing house & built our new house all in 4 months of time. Streamlined process, making it very easy to communicate with Rachel and Larry. They were very helpful making suggestions, coordinating building our house & selling of our existing house. Everything was carefully planned out! Rachel was thoughtful when creating our perfect floor plan, implementing many details along the way. They were able to coordinate the closing of our Existing HOME with our Custom Built HOME, allowing us to move directly into our new place. We would highly recommend Rosewood to anyone that is Building & Selling their current home.
